Every business has different needs and we do not assume that we have the answer in just drumming experiences. Every session is prepared by our Development team and your Human Resources team, based on the goals and issues you want to address. In between the sessions, the facilitator will highlight positive and negative dynamics of the group and how to translate it into the work place.
